More than 40 years of experience in the trucking and transportation industry and from the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association (WMCA) will help present with Timothy Austin on the topic of The Trooper in a Truck. 

Nationally recognized transportation executive, regulator, and civic leader with deep experience managing complex urban

mobility systems in New York City and Washington, DC. He will be presenting about Green Rides and what sparked that regulation/

Representing the Midwest Cargo Security Council (MCSC)- board member of MCSC. 

Works and focuses on the insurance fraud investigative services and will help Chris Linares present on behalf of the Midwest Cargo Security Council on insurance fraud. 

Has worked more than 20 years in law enforcement, insurance fraud, and fire investigations. Will present on the growing concern in the insurance industry of Chameleon Carriers and why it is important to investigate and continue working on eliminating this growing problem.
